Staccato Gelato is proud to offer our own Gelato Cakes! Made especially for you from fresh gelato and layers of delicious angel food cake, these 9” cakes can serve from 10-12 people. Please give at least 48 hours notice for your order.

Midnight on the Gelato Express

Dark chocolate gelato, dark chocolate cake with dark chocolate icing and a wee bit of vanilla gelato squeezed in the middle.

 

Tiramisu Cake

Our take on the classic Italian dessert: Tiramisu and crema gelato atop chocolate cake surrounded by ladyfingers and dusted with cocoa powder.

 

Spring Fling!

It starts with lemon angel food cake, moves upward with pistachio gelato, followed closely by raspberry sorbet, only to be topped by a fluffy embrace of vanilla whipped cream. 

 

Salted Caramel & Chocolate

Layers of salted caramel and chocolate gelato finished with whipped cream and a caramel drizzle. Vanilla angelfood cake.

 

Custom Cakes start at $35. Vegan and gluten free cakes start at $40.
